{Review} I Like Book

Life has presented it’s fair share of challenges to me as of late.  With that, remaining positive is a challenge in and of itself.

To me, home life obstacles are a lot easier to face than work obstacles.  When I received the “I Like Book” to review, I instantly thought of how it could help me remain positive at work during trying times.

The book is a mini-journal for recording positive thoughts of things you like.  Since the concept is so simplistic and basic, you can use it any way you like!

I’ve been using it for just over a month now.  I feel like the book has aided me in seeing the light at the end of a tunnel (or two or three….).

Take a look at a few recent entries! It’s like journaling for the uber-busy person!  I like finding SOMETHING positive each day no matter how small or large!

The book is filled with inspirational quotes such as these:

Overall, I really like the concept of this book and use it DAILY.  Another cool idea I have for it is for the three of us (my boyfriend and my son) to use it as a conversation point each evening.  Similar to the highs and lows of the day in one of my favorite movies “The Story of Us”, this activity only focuses on the highs or positives.  I will record each family members entry and then we randomly reflect on previous days!

At first, I thought that because it was so simplistic that it might not provide the benefits I was seeking, but much to my surprise, the key is in the simplicity!

I highly recommend this book! The I Like Book is also available for kids and couples as well as for women!

I received the above products through Sublime Media Connection in exchange for an honest review. In no way was I asked to give a positive review.

I like that you were able to use it with your family as a way to record the highlights of the day. I’m going to have to buy this for the new school year!!

I love to journal. Always have. But as a mom with 4 children at home, I find it tough to squeeze in any amount of ‘me time’. This would be a perfect way to get back into journaling AND find a few moments of ‘me time’. Love it! Adding it to my wish list now ;)

I love the optimism in your approach and the “positive” meaning you are able to maintain. Great review. Sounds like just the type of book I need, as I also find work makes me a negative Nelly most times :(

I love this concept of recording into a little book of mine!
I find it so helpful when I am not nearby the desk. Creative thoughts come and go. So, it’s important for me to record them when they visit me!
Thank you for this very simple, yet amazingly elegant product!
